The Witness Meditation

If you are committed to ongoing growth and development, you will want to keep developing your capacity to witness. Witnessing makes you capable of many things that are otherwise impossible, but more importantly, it allows your self-knowledge and self-awareness to grow and deepen.

This meditation is designed to strengthen the witness. By witnessing your sensations, emotions, thoughts, and experiences, as they come and go and shift and change, the part of you that doesn’t change, the witness, becomes stronger. Or, put another way, you become more the witness, and less the things that are witnessed.
