The Anti-Manifestation Manifesto

Using only the power of your thoughts, you can wish for anything you want! To go from wishing to getting what you wish for, however, takes more than mere thinking. Have you ever fallen into the manifestation trap, believing that if you think hard enough about what you want, you’ll be able to get it without needing to act on your own behalf?

Two key elements are missing from magical thinking about manifestation. First, in order to make things happen, you have to know something about how the world works. To create a successful business, you have to know what makes businesses succeed and fail. To create a meaningful partnership, you need to get how relationships work. Second, you need to work hard, often for a long time, to get the things most worth having.

Manifestation frustration happens when these two ingredients are missing. Here’s the way out of the manifestation trap.
